MoloneyStreetRe Analytics ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a financial research and education service operated by:
The entity that provides your subscription is determined by your country of residence at the time of registration. References to "the Company" refer to the applicable entity above.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at enquiries@moloneystreetre.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each account is for a single named individual. You may not share your account or Premium Content with third parties.
Provides access to a limited set of educational content and market summaries at no charge. We may modify or discontinue the Free Tier with reasonable notice.
Provides full access to all research dashboards, screener, stock scoring, weekly notes, and deep-dive analysis. Requires payment of the fee on the Pricing page.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we commit a material breach of these Terms.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply to your next billing cycle. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
You may cancel at any time via account settings or by emailing enquiries@moloneystreetre.com. Access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Our composite scores and signals are generated by systematic quantitative models. They reflect our methodology at a point in time and are subject to error, revision, and the inherent uncertainty of financial markets. You should not make any investment decision solely on the basis of our Content. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.
You agree not to: share or resell Premium Content to third parties; scrape or systematically download data by automated means; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; or use Content to create competing research services without our written consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
All Content, software, design, trademarks, and scoring methodology are owned by or licensed to the Company. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access Content for your own personal, non-commercial research purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. While we endeavour to ensure data accuracy, we make no representations as to the completeness or timeliness of market data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or failed to pay subscription fees. If we terminate without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect by email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
Vine Edge Management Ltd (Nigeria): These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
Vine Edge Investments Ltd (UK): These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through 30 days of written negotiation.
