When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We do not store passwords in plain text.
We record your subscription tier, registration date, and account status. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers or bank details.
Server logs include IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security and service improvement.
When you contact us via the contact form or email, we retain a record of the correspondence to assist with your query.
We do not use advertising tracking technologies, sell your data to third parties, or build advertising profiles about you.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: our cloud hosting provider (under a data processing agreement); payment processors (payment confirmation only); email service providers for transactional emails; and legal authorities where required by law. All third-party processors must process your data only on our instructions.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for 6 years after closure for statutory compliance. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Contact form submissions are retained for 3 years. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7); some data may be retained where required by law.
Under the NDPA 2023, NDPR 2019, and UK GDPR you have rights to: access your data; rectification of inaccurate data; erasure (right to be forgotten); restriction of processing; data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time.

We use TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, hashed password storage, JWT-based authentication with secure cookie flags, and restricted server access. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data is stored on servers in the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside Nigeria or the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards under the NDPR and UK GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
The Service is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us with data and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or prominent notice on the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
